Branch House

This two-story addition branches off an existing house to add spaces for gathering, lounging, and creating. A sitting room is dropped below the existing floor level to bring it closer to the exterior landscape and create a grander scale. Above is a lofty studio workspace infused with filtered natural light and expansive nature views. A new deck and trellis stitch together new and old portions of the house and foster connections between interior and exterior spaces.
